- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms for teletherapy service delivery
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to student success
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide progress reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver engaging services via both in-person and teletherapy formats as required
- Collect data, document progress, and maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers, staff, and student families
