What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in the state or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience working with pediatric or K-12 populations, preferably in a school environment
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and parent/caregiver communication
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and collaborating in virtual environments is a plus
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with staff and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both in-person and through telepractice when needed
  • Maintain clear documentation, billing, and reporting in accordance with school and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
  • Support and educate faculty and family members regarding students’ speech/language needs
