Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Dryden, Michigan

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in the state or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with pediatric or K-12 populations, preferably in a school environment
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and parent/caregiver communication
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and collaborating in virtual environments is a plus
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with staff and families
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both in-person and through telepractice when needed
- Maintain clear documentation, billing, and reporting in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
- Support and educate faculty and family members regarding students’ speech/language needs
