- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and execute effective speech-language therapy plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide engaging direct therapy sessions (individual and group)
- Serve as a resource to teachers, staff, and families regarding communication development
- Remain compliant with district, state, and federal guidelines
