School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Warren, Michigan

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience supporting PreK and elementary-aged children
- Strong understanding of ABI and VBD strategies
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centric practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in PreK and elementary settings
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, and social development
- Collaborate with other SLPs, educators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Implement ABI and VBD methods within therapy sessions and classroom support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to an encouraging, innovative learning environment
