- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language services to students, including assessment, therapy, and progress monitoring
- Coordinating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation to meet district and compliance requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights to support student success
- Utilizing teletherapy platforms to provide accessible and engaging virtual interventions
