This contract-based, full-time position (18.75 hours/week) offers a chance to support students’ communication development while working alongside a committed multidisciplinary team. What you bring:
- Current Michigan SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Experience in school settings is preferred, but not required
- Skills in pediatric speech therapy, teletherapy, and healthcare-related SLP services
- Strong commitment to supporting student growth and collaborating with educators and families
- SLP-CCC or CFY status; supervision is available for those completing their Clinical Fellowship
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in small groups
- Complete assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Utilize teletherapy and in-person strategies where appropriate
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings
