- Current Michigan licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

- School-based experience preferred, though strong clinical fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply and receive supervision
- Expertise in pediatric intervention, teletherapy, and healthcare SLP practices, with openness to candidates with various backgrounds including SLP-CCC and SLPAs
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure cohesive support for each child
- Utilize teletherapy platforms when applicable for remote service delivery
- Actively participate in professional development and supervision
