In this contract role, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to create individualized therapy plans, support developmental milestones, and use cutting-edge digital tools to unlock every child’s potential. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (Washington SLP license also required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience supporting early childhood and young children
- Comfortable with technology and conducting therapy sessions via secure online platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Duties:
- Provide virtual assessments and individualized speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on early learners
- Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and school policies
- Utilize engaging teletherapy methods and materials to achieve therapy goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your practice
