Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in North Dakota, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with IEP process and educational systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure effective carryover of therapy goals
- Provide resources and training to school personnel regarding communication disorders
