Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in North Dakota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing speech therapy services in pediatric or school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate school staff and families on ways to facilitate communication growth
