Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
What you'll do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services to preschool and school-aged children, addressing communication, articulation, fluency, and language concerns
- Document progress and session notes in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and advocating for student needs
- Offer guidance and consultation to teachers and caregivers, supporting carryover of communication strategies into the classroom and home
- Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
