What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience supporting pediatric populations, especially in educational settings
- Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing targeted therapy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student success
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Monitor progress, adjust goals as needed, and document all services provided
- Offer resources and training to staff and caregivers when needed
- Advocate for students by participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to a supportive, inclusive school culture
