Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Devils Lake, North Dakota

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current ND SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates with CFY considered
- Experience practicing in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students of varying ages
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services, both individual and group
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, family members, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
