Speech Language Pathologist Work From Home | Pennsylvania
Speech-Language Pathology services are needed to support students in specialized educational environments within the New Oxford, PA area. This contract position involves providing targeted speech therapy to students in Autistic Support and Learning Support classrooms, requiring expertise in delivering teletherapy or onsite services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services in compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students in Autistic Support and Learning Support classrooms
- Provide teletherapy sessions or onsite therapy as per agency guidelines, ensuring consistent progress documentation and collaboration with educational staff
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to maximize therapeutic outcomes in virtual or onsite models, as applicable
- Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania state certification and educational requirements for speech pathology services
- Engage in supervision protocols if working as a Clinical Fellow (CF), coordinating necessary documentation and fees
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification and valid Teaching Certification
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered with agency supervision
- Experience working with students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and learning support needs
- Familiarity with telepractice tools and methodologies to effectively deliver therapy services remotely
- Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teams and administrative personnel
Assignment Details:
- Contract duration extending through the end of May 2027
- Support for approximately 56 students across multiple sites, including two Autistic Support classrooms and one Learning Support program
- Options for onsite or teletherapy delivery combined with SLPAs for enhanced service delivery models
