Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Pennsylvania
Opportunities are available for certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide specialized speech services within educational settings in Hanover, PA. These roles involve supporting students with diverse needs, including those in Autistic Support and Learning Support classrooms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy to students in Autistic Support and Learning Support programs.
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to tailor interventions that meet individual student goals.
- Utilizing both onsite and teletherapy methods as part of service delivery.
- For teletherapy roles, working alongside Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is required.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant educational and therapy regulations.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Current Pennsylvania SLP certification.
- Valid teaching certification.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered with agency supervision agreement.
- Experience with telepractice and collaboration with SLPAs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within structured classroom environments serving a total of approximately 56 students across multiple sites.
Positions are available on a contract basis extending through the end of May 2027. These roles support approximately 30 students at York Tech, 16 students in NorthEastern classrooms (8 per classroom), and 10 students at High Roads Southern York.
Engagement with designated liaisons prior to presenting candidates is required. Applications should include a current resume demonstrating PA SLP and teaching certifications.
