Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually and in group settings
- Partner with teachers, counselors, and family members to support holistic student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and ongoing professional development activities
- Provide support and supervision for SLPAs or graduate interns as needed
