School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Bremerton, Washington

You’ll work closely with a caseload of approximately 50 students ranging in age from preschool to 22 years, providing services at a to-be-determined site within the district.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student growth.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
- Flexibly adapt to an assigned site, with the opportunity to serve a varied student population.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new graduates (CFs) welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in school-based settings highly valued.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently.
