An excellent opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work onsite for the 2026–2027 academic year serving a diverse K-12 student population. Key Qualifications:
- Washington State SLP license (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- Current or eligibility for Washington ESA certification
- Completion of fingerprinting requirements through OSPI
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Compassionate approach to working with children and adolescents in K-12
- Ability to work onsite throughout the academic year
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
