Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current (or eligibility for) Washington SLP license
- Washington ESA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fingerprinted through OSPI, or willingness to complete process
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- School-based experience is advantageous
- Positive, collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Position Highlights:
- Contract role covering the full 2026–2027 school year (September 1, 2026 – June 23, 2027)
- Onsite-only position—engage directly with students and staff
- Serve a diverse K–12 caseload (more specifics coming soon)
- Work a consistent 37.5-hour week
- Provide direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP support
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educators
- Develop and deliver intervention plans to promote student success
- Champion each child’s communication development in an inclusive school environment
