We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position supporting students in Bethel, Vermont. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive speech and language services, evaluate student needs, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and communication progress. While onsite candidates are strongly preferred, qualified candidates interested in serving Vermont students are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech-language assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and progress reports.
Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable communication goals.
Deliver direct individual and small-group therapy addressing articulation, expressive/receptive language, pragmatics, and AAC devices.
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents during IEP meetings.
Requirements:
Licensure: Active Vermont State SLP License (issued by the Office of Professional Regulation) and Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain).
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Clinical Credentials: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFYs with strong school background welcomed).
