Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Active SLPA license required
- Experience in school or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working with children ages PreK–5th grade
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to pinpoint student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to IEP guidelines
- Deliver SLPA services in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP documentation
- Adapt to varying daily start times between 7:30–7:45 AM as assigned by each site
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all professional and district standards
