Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathology Assistant - Exeter, California

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a closely related field
- Active and current SLPA license
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLPA roles preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload averaging 50 students across diverse speech and language needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language screenings and assist with formal assessments
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct SLPA services in accordance with IEP goals and within school guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
