Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathology Assistant - Exeter, California

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a closely related field
- Active SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) license
- Experience providing therapy in school or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varying site schedules (start between 7:30–7:45 am)
- Committed to a full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour workday
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete speech and language assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver SLPA services and support progress documentation
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
