Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for Vermont licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or nearing completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfort working with Pre-K to 8th-grade populations
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement and update individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary support staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and support RTI initiatives as needed
