Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Randolph, Vermont

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring related to a variety of speech and language disorders
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services onsite to elementary students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Employ evidence-based therapy approaches and track student progress
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with school policies
