Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Randolph, VT

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Valid state licensure (or the ability to obtain before start date)
- Previous pediatric, healthcare, or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions for elementary-aged students
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students across Pre-K to 8th grade
