Essential Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and credentials, including SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience within school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, students, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Flexibility and compassion when working with elementary-age students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students from ages Pre K through 8th grade
- Assess students using formal and informal measures; interpret results and develop eligible plans
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and ongoing professional development
