Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Woodstock, Vermont

Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Active state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within an elementary school setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Write thorough evaluations, maintain documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Promote positive outcomes and inclusive participation for all students
