School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Position Details
- Location: San Jose, CA
- Schedule: Full-time
- School Year: August 12, 2026 – June 9, 2027
- Elementary school setting
- Assignment may include supporting students across two nearby campuses or serving full-time at a single campus
- Collaborative team environment with strong administrative and educational support
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's educational goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and small-group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, complete progress reports, and actively participate in IEP meetings.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, social communication, and overall functional communication skills.

- Elementary-aged students
- Students with a variety of speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication needs

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology License or California Teaching Credential/Certification
- School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates from other pediatric settings are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
