Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Experience with elementary (K-5) student populations preferred
- Ability to supervise and support Tier 2 SLPs
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Minnesota licensure or eligibility for licensure
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support for K-5 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document student progress
- Supervise and mentor a Tier 2 SLP, ensuring best practice protocols
