Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Napa, California

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience providing therapy to a pediatric or school-aged population
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to progress reports, and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide guidance and resources to school staff on communication strategies and accommodations
