What You'll Do:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ communication abilities
- Design and implement effective goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, families, and the IEP team to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing support
We Look For:
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification or eligibility to obtain certification
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, though not mandatory
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills to partner with staff and families
