Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license for the state of Maryland, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Comfortable working with K-12 caseloads
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work in partnership with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
