Speech Language Pathologist in Williamsport, MD

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Maryland
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably with K-12 caseloads
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, diverse educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide accurate progress reports
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Advise school staff and families on strategies and accommodations to support student success
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all services provided
