School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Frederick, Maryland

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings or working with children and adolescents
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and support personnel
- Adaptability to manage a diverse range of communication needs across K-12
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with the established SLPA to ensure seamless therapy delivery
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports to share with educational teams and families
- Provide guidance, resources, and support to classroom teachers and families
