Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred (not required)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
- Develop, monitor, and implement effective Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services
- Work closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation related to caseload and student progress
