School Speech Language Pathologist - Walkersville, MD

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

- Active SLP license in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred

- Comfortable with both in-person and, if needed, virtual service delivery models
- Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver thoughtful, evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and monitor progress
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives
- Produce clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and case notes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and accommodations as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all district and state regulations
