This contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite with students, supporting their communication and academic success. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your skills and expertise will drive positive change for students across various ages and needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Holds ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for at least 1 year
  • Active, current professional license
  • At least 1 year of experience with school-based IEPs
  • Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week; full-time hours offered
  • Background in pediatric and school-based SLP services (including CFY welcome)
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration
  • Motivated, self-directed, and passionate about student outcomes
  • Highly organized, adept at problem-solving, and manages time efficiently
  • Technologically proficient: able to use software, complete digital paperwork, communicate via email, and learn new tools

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering direct SLP services to students and maintaining thorough service records
  • Collaborating with other school professionals, families, and support staff
  • Developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans tailored to student goals
  • Utilizing available assessment materials, protocols, and evaluation resources
  • Engaging in ongoing learning, training from qualified Lead Clinicians, and resource access
  • Providing onsite support as part of a committed educational team
