Speech Language Pathologist in Bowie, MD

In this position, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student
- Provide direct therapy services, as well as consultative support, in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary IEP teams to ensure a holistic approach to student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state guidelines and school policies
Ideal candidates will bring the following qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP License
- Eligible for, or in possession of, Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification
- School or pediatric experience is beneficial but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
