Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for CFY supervision

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-aged pediatric caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress towards established goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Provide thorough documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Educate and support families and staff regarding speech and language development
