Qualifications Needed:
- Hold ASHA CCC’s for at least one year
- Possess a current professional license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of one year of IEP experience
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Background in school-based and/or pediatric speech therapy, including SLP-CFY candidates
- Demonstrate initiative and a genuine desire to make a difference in students’ lives
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support staff
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Comfortable with technology for documentation, digital communication, and learning new systems as needed

- Provide direct therapy services to students in a public school setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support teams to promote student success
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and ongoing training opportunities
- Maintain thorough documentation and complete digital paperwork efficiently
