Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in California
- Previous experience working with K-12th grade students preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a varied caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate speech/language strategies into daily activities
- Monitor and document progress, adapting therapy plans as needed
- Provide consultation and resources to support student access to curriculum
