School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sacramento, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a K-12 caseload, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social-pragmatic needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Supervise and coordinate with 2 SLPAs to optimize service delivery
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and data-driven intervention planning
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with all regulations and timelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
