School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Pine Grove, California

We're seeking three dedicated full-time SLPs to serve on an itinerant basis, providing coverage across various sites and caseloads through both a County Office of Education and a local unified school district. Whether your expertise shines with early learners, elementary-age children, or older students, there's a caseload to match your skills and interests.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility to manage schedules and travel between sites as needed
- Comfort with a variety of caseload sizes and student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services ranging from mild to complex needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and the IEP process
