Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (CFY or CCC accepted).
- Experience in school settings or pediatric healthcare preferred.
- Ability to support a broad range of speech, language, and communication needs across K-12 students.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and support staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention for students with speech and language disorders.
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend accommodations and contribute to IEP meetings.
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Deliver services that may include articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication.
- Communicate effectively with parents and educators to support student growth.
