Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (CFY or CCC accepted).
  • Experience in school settings or pediatric healthcare preferred.
  • Ability to support a broad range of speech, language, and communication needs across K-12 students.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and support staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and intervention for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend accommodations and contribute to IEP meetings.
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.
  • Deliver services that may include articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and educators to support student growth.
