Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CA or eligible for CA licensure)
- CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to adapt to various school environments and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Administer assessments and track outcomes for students in need of intervention
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school standards
