Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining organized documentation
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in both group and individual settings
- Support teachers and staff with strategies for student communication needs
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
