Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or Audiologist
- Previous experience working with pediatric and school populations strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation requirements
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving student needs and school protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students’ speech, language, and/or hearing abilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with families and school staff
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy for individuals and small groups
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate successful learning environments
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation to meet compliance standards
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to encourage growth
