Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Warren, MI

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working in school settings or pediatrics strongly preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Ability to develop rapport with a diverse range of K-12 students, educators, and families
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide evidence-based therapy through in-person and virtual modalities
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough records of student progress, meetings, and services
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expert recommendations
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
