- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current CFY status
- Prior experience in pediatric settings or K–12 schools
- Expertise in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and caregivers on student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services and outcomes
