Key Skills & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Licensed (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP within the state
- Practical experience in school-based settings preferred
- Proficiency with remote service delivery for teletherapy roles a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adapting approaches for both in-person and virtual formats as needed
- Support teachers and staff through training and collaboration to enhance classroom communication strategies
- Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational teams to support student outcomes
