Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in educational or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency delivering teletherapy and in-person services
- Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals
- Provide both direct and consultative speech-language therapy in-person and via teletherapy according to student needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to integrate therapy into academic programming
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
- Participate in team meetings and support staff training as needed
