Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school-based settings highly desirable
- Comfortable delivering teletherapy and in-person services
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide therapy for students with a variety of communication needs
- Deliver both in-person and teletherapy services to meet students’ individual goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in interventions, team meetings, and professional development initiatives
