Qualifications and Experience:
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfortable delivering therapy both onsite and through telepractice platforms
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students, developing individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to determine student eligibility and service needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and compliance reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for intervention planning
- Utilize technology for teletherapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience for students
- Provide support, strategies, and resources for classroom teachers to foster communication-rich environments
