Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings
- Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency with both traditional and technology-based therapy delivery (in-person and virtual)
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluation, diagnosis, and tailored treatment for students as indicated in IEPs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a range of communication disorders in school-aged children
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers to ensure holistic support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and required documentation for compliance
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide consultative support as needed
- Engage students with evidence-based, interactive therapy materials whether on-site or virtually
