Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology for schools
- Experience in educational settings, particularly with Pre-K–5th-grade students (ages 4–10)
- Strong case management and organizational skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized student goals
- Collaborative mindset and experience working on multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as case manager for 17 students, overseeing speech and language services
- Create and track progress toward goals for a shared caseload of 41 additional students (in collaboration with another SLP)
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver targeted therapy to a diverse elementary-age population
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with district and legal requirements
- Engage with staff, families, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes
